What You’ll Do
As a Marketing & Promotions Associate, you’ll represent client brands at live events, promotional activations, retail locations, and community campaigns.
You’ll help create positive customer experiences while supporting marketing and promotional initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
Represent national and regional brands at events, promotional campaigns, and community activations
Engage directly with customers and members of the public
Answer questions and provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
Create positive and memorable brand experiences
Support marketing, promotional, and customer engagement campaigns
Assist with product demonstrations, promotional materials, and event activities
Build positive relationships with customers through face-to-face interaction
Track customer feedback and campaign activity
Share observations and feedback with team members and leadership
Collaborate with the marketing and promotions team to achieve campaign goals
Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused presence
No Marketing Experience Required
You don't need a marketing degree or previous promotional experience to get started.
