What You'll Do
As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, you'll work directly with customers while supporting marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for our clients.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Representing client brands in professional, face-to-face interactions
- Engaging with prospective and existing customers
- Learning and communicating product and campaign information
- Helping customers understand products and services
- Supporting customer acquisition and marketing campaigns
- Creating positive customer experiences
- Meeting individual and team goals
- Participating in team meetings, training, and coaching
- Tracking campaign activity and results
- Developing your communication, sales, marketing, and leadership skills
You'll learn by doing—not just by sitting through training videos.

This is an entry-level position, and we train our team from the ground up.
