Key Responsibilities
  • Event Marketing & Setup: Assist in organizing, setting up, managing, and breaking down daily promotional marketing campaigns and interactive retail events.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact directly with target audiences to boost brand awareness, answer consumer questions, and deliver clear client messaging.
  • Lead Generation: Secure new customer acquisitions, handle client sign-ups, and educate community members on brand promotions.
  • Inventory & Display Management: Maintain and manage event promotional materials, signage, and visual displays to ensure professional brand representation.
  • Team Collaboration: Brainstorm and coordinate with internal team members and marketing coordinators to maximize regional campaign reach.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a vibrant, public-facing personality.
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
