Leadership Development Trainee
We're looking for ambitious individuals to join our Leadership Development Trainee program. This entry-level opportunity starts with hands-on experience in customer acquisition, sales, brand representation, and team development.
You'll learn the fundamentals first, receive consistent coaching, and have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as you develop.
No previous leadership or management experience is required.
Responsibilities
During your initial training and development, you will:
Represent brand partners in face-to-face customer interactions
Learn customer acquisition and sales fundamentals
Communicate directly with prospective customers
Help achieve campaign and team goals
Develop professional presentation and communication skills
Participate in daily coaching and team training
Learn how to track performance and campaign results
Work collaboratively with teammates
Demonstrate leadership through accountability and teamwork
Gradually take on additional responsibilities as you develop
