Entry Level Event Assistant
We’re hiring Event Promotions Assistants to join our growing team and support engaging brand experiences, promotional events, community campaigns, and customer outreach initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates, recent graduates, career changers, and individuals with customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or event experience who want to build valuable professional skills.
No previous event marketing experience is required. Paid training is provided.
What You’ll Do
As an Event Promotions Assistant, you’ll work alongside experienced event and marketing professionals to create positive customer experiences and support successful promotional campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
Representing client brands at live events, retail activations, and community promotions
Engaging directly with customers and members of the public
Providing friendly and knowledgeable answers to customer questions
Learning about products, services, and promotional campaigns through paid training
Conducting product demonstrations and distributing samples or promotional materials
Assisting customers with registrations, orders, sign-ups, and promotional activities
Creating positive and memorable customer experiences
Tracking event attendance, customer feedback, and common questions
Supporting event setup, organization, and breakdown
Working with the event team to ensure smooth and professional event execution
Helping marketing teams improve customer engagement and campaign performance
