Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement & Communications: Interact directly with target audiences at live events and retail promotions to deliver key brand messages and create positive consumer experiences.
  • Campaign & Event Execution: Assist with the daily setup, active presentation, and breakdown of promotional marketing campaigns.
  • Brand Representation: Answer customer questions, explain product benefits, and clear up any inquiries regarding client products, services, and exclusive promotions.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in daily training sessions, communication workshops, and morning strategy meetings to hit campaign goals.
  • Campaign Tracking: Monitor customer feedback and track promotional inventory to help optimize future campaign strategies.


Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

  • Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (coursework or interest in communications, marketing, business, or PR is a plus).
  • Outgoing, confident, and highly comfortable talking to people in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn new face-to-face marketing skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a dependable work ethic.
