We’re currently hiring Management Trainees for an entry-level leadership development program designed for motivated individuals who want to grow into roles in business management, team leadership, event coordination, marketing, customer engagement, and nonprofit operations.
No previous management experience is required. Training and mentorship are provided.
Position Overview
As a Management Trainee, you’ll receive hands-on training in business operations, leadership, team development, customer engagement, event coordination, and campaign management.
You’ll learn alongside experienced professionals while taking on increasing responsibility and developing the skills needed for future leadership opportunities.
This position is ideal for recent graduates, career changers, customer service professionals, retail and hospitality workers, and motivated entry-level candidates who are ready to take the next step in their careers.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in hands-on leadership and business management training
Support community outreach events, promotional campaigns, and nonprofit initiatives
Assist with event planning, scheduling, logistics, and staffing
Build professional relationships with community partners, retail locations, and event venues
Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding activities
Help train, mentor, and support new team members
Monitor campaign activity and review performance metrics
Assist with customer and community engagement initiatives
Communicate campaign information clearly and professionally
Identify opportunities to improve team and campaign performance
Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
Collaborate with leadership and team members to accomplish organizational goals
