What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll interact directly with members of the public at live events, promotional activations, fundraising events, and community outreach programs.
Your responsibilities may include:
Engaging with customers, event attendees, donors, and community members
Providing friendly, professional customer service
Answering questions and communicating accurate campaign information
Explaining nonprofit missions, programs, and fundraising initiatives
Creating welcoming and positive customer experiences
Assisting with event registration, sign-ups, and customer interactions
Supporting event setup, breakdown, logistics, and promotional activities
Helping distribute informational and promotional materials
Building positive relationships with customers and community members
Collaborating with team members to support successful events and campaigns
Maintaining a professional, enthusiastic, and approachable presence
No Experience Required
This is an entry-level customer service position, and previous experience is not required.
