Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate | No Experience Required
We’re hiring motivated Sales & Marketing Associates to join our mission-focused team and support ethical brands and nonprofit organizations through face-to-face marketing, live events, and community outreach.

What You’ll Do
As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate, you’ll represent nonprofit organizations and socially responsible brands at community events, pop-up activations, and outreach campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Represent nonprofit organizations and ethical brands at live events and community activations
Conduct face-to-face sales and marketing to increase awareness and engage potential supporters
Support donor acquisition, lead generation, and community education initiatives
Build positive relationships with customers, donors, and community members
Work with team members to implement sales, marketing, and outreach strategies
Use basic CRM and reporting tools to track campaign activity and results
Participate in weekly sales training and professional development workshops
Develop communication, presentation, customer service, and leadership skills
Who We're Looking For
