- Face-to-Face Engagement: Interact directly with customers in the field, sharing clear information about client products, services, and new promotions.
- Event Coordination: Support in-person promotional events, generating positive, memorable interactions that drive customer acquisition.
- Relationship Building: Foster professional relationships with consumers through effective communication and high-integrity brand ambassadorship.
- Collective Teamwork: Collaborate closely with team members and coordinators to execute client initiatives and hit daily regional targets.
- Market Insights: Gather public feedback, track campaign results, and share consumer insights during morning strategy meetings.
- Professional Development: Actively participate in daily paid training sessions, skill workshops, and leadership coaching.
